Return Policy
All return requests are subject to the strict enforcement of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Product that may be subject to return:
Defective or damaged in-transit product which must be accompanied by photographic evidence thereof.
Product received which does not match the original invoice.
Regular priced and in-stock product which is not listed below as a non-returnable product and which is in original condition.
Non-Returnable Product:
Clearance or sale items the sales of which are final.
Product which is subject to bulk or quantity discount unless (i) it is agreed that KIM International may revoke the paid discount price based on the bulk purchase and re-invoice to reflect the full list price of any product not returned, and (ii) Kush Bottle receives payment of the re-invoiced price.
Custom products.
Incomplete, partial, or used product.
Deadline for Proposed Return:
Within fifteen (20) days of delivery of product notice of intent to return and reason therefor must be sent to KIM International. Notification must be made (Email and US mail) Returns must be sent to KIM International within thirty (30) days of delivery of product and postmarked within that time.
Authorization number and form required:
A Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) must be obtained from your sales representative within fifteen (15) days of shipment of returned product. Also before shipment a Return Material Authorization Form (“RMA”) must be completed. The completed form may be submitted digitally on KIM International website at www.KIMInternational.com otherwise obtain the form from your sales representative and submit it with the shipment of the product being returned
Packaging and Shipping:
Product must be returned in its original packaging and original delivery box. KIM International has no responsibility for the return shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for a refund in the event a return package is lost, stolen or misplaced. (Nor does KIM International assume any responsibility for damage to the return shipped product in the event a refund is denied and then re-shipped to the customer.
Inspection:
Any refund is subject to a satisfactory review and inspection by KIM International as to whether the product is a returnable one, existence of damage or defect, and full compliance with these terms and conditions.
Denial of Return:
Should KIM International not accept the return, it will provide notice of its decision and the reason(s) therefor. In that event, KIM International will return the product to the customer at the customers’ expense for shipping. The customer retains the right to request KIM International disposes of the product; if the customer is unhappy incurring any return shipping costs.
Re-stocking Fee:
All returns that are accepted are subject to a thirty percent (25%) re-stocking fee which will be deducted from any refund.
Processing of Refund:
If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within five (5) days thereafter and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) – three (3) weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and a 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement

Limitation of Liability:

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors:
In the event that a KIM International product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, KIM International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. KIM International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KIM International shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination:
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by KIM International without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice:
KIM International may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to KIM International.
Miscellaneous:
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of KIM International products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of KIM International products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. KIM International’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. KIM International may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site:
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a KIM International or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
